1. Joining • Sign up with your details and get approved. • You must have an active health-related website (no coupon/deal-only sites). • We may decline applications if the website or content doesn’t fit our brand values. --------------------------------------------- 2. Promoting Us • You’ll get a special affiliate link to share. • Share it on your website, blog, social media, or email (but no spamming). • Be honest and accurate when promoting us — no misleading claims. • No paid ads: You cannot run ads on Google, Microsoft, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or other ad platforms that promote our site. • Video use: You may share our YouTube videos using the official embed code, but you cannot copy, edit, or re-upload them. --------------------------------------------- 3. Tracking & Commissions • You’ll earn 10% on every sale made through your link (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, returns or cancelled orders, etc). • Payments are sent monthly once you reach minimum payout of $50. • All payments are made in USD. If your account uses another currency, standard exchange rates will apply. • Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders do not earn commissions (we may reverse up to 100% of such orders). • Affiliate referrals are tracked via a 30-day cookie. A customer must complete a purchase within 30 days of clicking the Affiliate’s tracking link for the sale to qualify. • Commissions are paid only on the customer’s first purchase, including subscription products. Subsequent subscription renewals, auto-shipments, or recurring payments are not eligible for commission. --------------------------------------------- 4. What You Can’t Do • No spam, fake leads, or cookie stuffing. • Don’t bid on our brand name in ads without permission. • Don’t change or misuse our logos or marketing materials. • Don’t operate coupon/deal-only websites. • Don't refer yourself. If you join our affiliate program solely to refer yourself, your affiliate account will be terminated, and no commissions for those sales will be awarded. --------------------------------------------- 5. Ending the Partnership • You or we can leave the program anytime. • We may update or cancel this agreement with 3 days’ notice. • If you break the rules (fraud, spam, etc.), unpaid commissions may be lost and your account may be terminated. --------------------------------------------- 6. Payments and Tax Information • Payments are made by ACH (bank transfer) only. No PayPal, checks, or other payment methods. • Be sure your banking details are correct so payments arrive smoothly. • Before we can pay you, we’ll need your tax form: U.S. affiliates: W-9 form. Non-U.S. affiliates: W-8BEN form. • Payments can’t be made until we have this info on file. • You’re an independent partner, not an employee. • You’re responsible for your own taxes. • By staying in the program, you agree to follow these rules and any updates we make.
